In this class we will further open to the willingness to look into the depth of experience here and now; to let go of technique, give up the need to control and embrace the whole of experience in each moment. Drop-ins are not permitted in this class.

The class will be supported by Adyashanti's True Meditation and requires previous meditation or enlightenment intensive experience to participate in the course.
Gentle Yoga
This class is designed for students interested in a slower, but equally effective, practice. You will experience gently held postures and breathing techniques that calm the mind, relax the body, and improve joint health and flexibility. This is the class for times of high stress or low energy. It is great for beginners, seniors, experienced students - anyone seeking a gentle and meditative practice.
Meditation & Gentle Yoga Combo
This class facilitates moving to an expanded level of consciousness and grounding it throughout our everyday lives. It is an experiential class beginning with a teaching, meditation, and group sharing drawn from Buddhist and Yogic traditions. We then transition to a Yoga Basics asana class and finish with a closing meditation. Through these awareness expanding practices, we develop the clarity and wakefulness essential to realizing our true nature and the eternal peace that resides within.

This class is for people who are ready to transform. Through the use of mindfulness meditation and yogic practices we will explore the deeper patterns that keep us stuck in cycles of depression. Mindfulness and yoga support our ability to observe what is happening internally and externally in a non-reactive fashion. This facilitates change in the relationship of mind to emotional body and eventually to life itself. Join this supportive community to deepen your awareness and acceptance and reclaim your vibrant well-being.

In this class we will deeply explore meditation technique that will clarify the essential points of meditation. You will learn tools to honestly and compassionately relate with your mind and remain present with whatever arises establishing an internal foundation of peace. This class is perfect for anyone new to mediation. It will provide simple, accessible techniques to foster the skill of conscious, sustained attention (presence) which connects us to equanimity and objectivity that allows for internal wisdom, happiness and peace. The focus will be to help you develop a personal practice suited to your personality and daily life.
Power Yoga
This fun and freeing class offers creative posture sequencing and flow, uniting your breathe with your body. It provides a complete workout, strengthening, lengthening, and sculpting every muscle as well as calming your mind and invigorating your spirit. Beginners are welcome. The pace and intensity are geared for those with some general fitness experience.
Prajna Yoga

Yoga Basics
Yoga Basics is an introduction to the building blocks of yoga, emphasizing basic postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation skills. This class promotes balance, flexibility, strength, and stress release. It’s especially good for newcomers to yoga or those who would like a refresher on the basics.

- Level 3 ~ For intermediate and advance students who are ready for more challenging poses
- All Levels ~ Adjustments are offered to suit the experience level and needs of all students
Our class levels and descriptions are provided to give a general overview and guide to assist the student in finding the best fit. Beyond experience with yoga, it is also helpful for the student to consider body awareness and personal fitness level when choosing a class. This will help to ensure that the class is not too easy or too hard but just right.
