Reiki is a hands on healing modality that promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and can help relieve chronic pain. Over time it helps bring balance into one’s physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. A person may feel, warmth, tingling, coolness, or nothing at all as the energy is moving through them, however the energy vibrations are working regardless of what one feels and the results can be very transformative.

Kirtan is just that, a practice of “being love” for no specific reason.  Join us as we joyously chant mantras musically vibrating with love to celebrate the fullness of life. Partner Thai Massage

Friday, March 16th ~ 7:00-9:00pm

Join Rick Haesche and Come experience a beautiful way to connect, calm and center yourself and each other! This is a fun, effective method to release the tensions of everyday life.

In this class a combination of stretching , breathing and assisted yoga postures are incorporated into a partner bodywork session that leaves both receiver and giver feeling relaxed, calm and at the same time energized. We will present a short routine of 10 - 15 moves that can be shared with a partner of any size or level of flexibility.

Thai Massage originated in India and migrated to Siam thousands of years ago, and has been gaining popularity here in the US over the last 4 decades. Considered a “folk art” in Thailand, it is not uncommon for family members to work on each other to help ease everyday stress, tension and sore muscles.

Rick Haesche is a licensed massage therapist and Thai massage student/practitioner/instructor. He was first exposed to Traditional Thai Massage at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy while finishing his basic studies in 1994. He has practiced and studied in the US and abroad since 1996, and began teaching in 1999.  He is the owner and director of the bodymind center for thai massage in Newington, CT where he has a private practice and offers professional continuing education programs in Traditional Thai Massage.
