It is not always apparent at first what ones path in life will be. Often it is those around us who see it first. Born in Albequerque, NM Kristina spent her formative years in Boston pursuing university education in Sociology and Philosophy, only to spend the next 10 years travelling the country as a professional skier and teacher.

After moving to Connecticut in 2007, it was her mother (a Reiki Master and massage therapist) who guided her into the profession of massage therapy. A graduate from CCMT, member of AMTA and NCBTMB, she hasn’t looked back since.

“The very first time I laid my hands on another person I knew immediately that my life had been profoundly changed forever, and that this is what I was meant to do. Massage gives us a very unique opportunity to connect not only with each other, but with ourselves in ways we could never imagine. Knowing that I am able to hold that healing space for another human being is one of the greatest gifts I have ever received.”
